What is a themes?

1. Theme Licensing & Usage
Our themes are developed under the GNU general public license v2.0. All Premium themes costs $39.97 each. Purchasing a Premium theme gives you the right to use that theme on an unlimited number of websites.
All Theme Frameworks cost $97.00 each. Purchasing a Theme Framework gives you the right to use that framework on an unlimited number of websites.
All purchases give you lifetime upgrades and support through our Support Forum.
2. Updates
All future updates are available for free to customers who have purchased a license for that specific theme.
All of our themes are designed around the latest version of WordPress and will be updated as new versions of WordPress are released. However, there is no guarantee that older versions of our themes will be compatible with future versions of WordPress.
3. Delivery
After a successful purchase, you will either be automatically redirected back to our site or be prompted to click-through manually. Upon returning, you will be presented with a link to download a ZIP file containing the theme and all pertinent files. You will also be emailed a username and password so you can log into our site and download all future updates for the theme(s) you have purchased.

If you did receive an email with login information and have not been able to download the theme files, please contact us immediately.
Note: We do not supply invoices for any purchase. PayPal has the option to print out the invoice upon successful purchase and we suggest doing so for your records.
4. Ownership
You may not claim intellectual or exclusive ownership to any of our products, modified or unmodified. All products are property of Themes by bavotasan.com and their respected designers. Our products are provided “as is” without warranty of any kind, either expressed or implied. In no event shall we be liable for any damages including, but not limited to, direct, indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages or other losses arising out of the use of or inability to use our products.
5. Site Content
All content, including images, published on this site (Themes by bavotasan.com) is property of bavotasan.com and under copyright. Any replicated site content must be authorized and clearly referenced back to the source. Content from Themes by bavotasan.com shall not be used or exploited for any commercial and non-private purposes without the prior written consent of bavotasan.com.
6. Refund Policy
Our themes are non-tangible irrevocable, digital goods and we do not issue refunds or provide exchanges after a purchase has been completed. You are responsible for understanding this term before purchasing one of our products.
7. Support
Themes by bavotasan.com offers these themes and designs “as is”, with no implied meaning that they will function exactly as you wish or with all third party components and plugins. Support is provided solely through our Support Forum. We will not provide any support through e-mail or Twitter. Certain information may be requested through email to protect your privacy.
8. Requirements
Our themes are build using PHP 5 and may not work properly if your web host has an older version installed. You must also have a self-hosted WordPress installation meaning your website must not be hosted on WordPress.com.
9. Price Changes
Themes by bavotasan.com reserves the right at any time to modify our prices.
10. Warranty
Themes by bavotasan.com does not warranty or guarantee our themes in any manner. We cannot guarantee they will function with all third party components, plugins or web browsers. Browser compatibility should be tested against the preview themes on our demo site. Please ensure that the browsers you use will work with the themes, as we can not guarantee that our themes will work with all browser combinations.
