I didn't see a place to post this, and the plugin's website said to come here.
I LOVE the Magazine Columns WordPress plugin, as it was the easiest for the 'average user' to understand/use.
I'm using another plugin called Post Page Associator (PPA) - so I can have specific posts going to a page using a template system the 'site owner' can easily continue to grow the site with.
The two plug-ins are having a conflict. On any page I am using the Magazine Column short code the PPA plugin will not pull in the posts (won't show anything) and instead will show the PPA code [associated_posts] (whether or not I'm actually using PPA to pull posts in on that page or not).
I understand that some times plug-ins will not play nice... but I thought it was worth a shot to inquire since both plugins do exactly what I need them to do. :)
Thanks for your plug-in work!
Hmm. I have never used that other plugin so I can't really say what might be the issue. My plugin works by searching through the code for the appropriate tags to split the text into columns. There might be something in there that is causing problems with the author plugins shortcode. Let me look into this.
Hi,
Great plugin. I was having some problems until I discovered your Magazine Columns plugin.
I can't seem to find any place to ask this question.. But why these code keep appearing above and below every picture I insert:
[caption id="attachment_752" align="aligncenter" width="591" caption="_____"] [/caption]
Any idea?
Thanks for your effort on this!
