I am running a blog on Wordpress using "Magazine Basic" theme. The URL is www.http://phynedge.com/GyanDhara/

It was working fine for a few days after installation but last month the right side bar moved to bottom on the front page. On all other pages its working perfectly fine. Validator.w3.org suggests the problem on the front page is in line 145 with a closed "Div" statement without an opening statement. The closed "DIV" statement is actually the first line of code in footer.php. Once I removed it the problem was solved on the front page. However on post pages like http://phynedge.com/GyanDhara/?p=47, the right sidebar moves to bottom if that opening "DIV" statement is removed from footer.php.

I have re-installed the theme but that has not helped at all. I also tried replacing the code in loop.php as was suggested in some old thread but that was in vein as well. Please Guide.
