How do I change the font for the post titles without changing the font for the blog title?

I'm using a plug-in called Fontific to assign (or attempt to assign) Google web fonts to different elements. Fontific asks for the css selector. Assigning a new font to h1 changes the front page blog title (but not on other pages) and the post titles on individual pages for each post (but not those same titles on the front page). Changing h2, on the other hand, leaves the front page blog title alone, but changes it on subsequent pages, and changes the post titles on the front page, but does not change them on the subsequent pages.

I'm sure there's a way to keep the blog title the same on every page and keep the post titles the same on the front page and on their dedicated pages, but I can't figure out what it is.

You can use the body class selectors for specific pages. Take a look at your source code to see what selectors are added to the body tag on each page in order to use the proper ones for your CSS.
