Widget in footer

Hi.
In my footer.php I can found function to unable footer widgets, but I can't view it in control panel.
Is there a way to activate widget footer, or I need to buy PREMIUM package?

Magazine Basic does not have an extended widgetized footer area. Only Magazine Premium does.
