Number of post in main page

    Hi
    I've a problem, with Version: 2.7.3, i'm setting number of post in main page to 3 and its works well; but from a week ago, when i create a new post, the number of post in first page became 4 and if i create a new post they became, 5 and so on.

    Please help me.

    Are you using sticky posts?

    Yes.

    Sticky posts do not count as part of your 3 posts. So if you select 3 posts and have 2 sticky posts you will have 5 posts displayed.

    So is it strange, because i have 2 sticky posts and i have no problem, but from 2 week ago my post have some problem; and another strange things, is that i have 1 sticky i have no problem and i have 3 post, but if i set 2 sticky i have problem.
