can't install magazine premium - it says missing style.css file

    Hi there. Trying to install Magazine Premium. It puts it in my temporary internet files folder which when I search, I can not find! Then I finally found it through winzip and moved it to the downloads folder. I gave it a different name. This is the file that I can't install. So I went back and redownloaded the theme and it says no files or folders in the zip that I received!! The theme installer says I'm missing the style.css file. What shall I do?

    Download the theme from my site directly to your desktop. Do not unzip it. Then upload it through your WordPress admin. Make sure you delete the old installation of the theme first or you will encounter an error.

    I have the same Problem. What does "upload it through your WordPress admin" mean? how do i do that?
