Pagination Issue for Category/Tag Filtered Pages

The recent pagination fix seems to have taken care of the pagination issue on the front page. However, I am having a problem with the pagination when a post category filter is applied. See here for front page where pagination works fine: http://logancabinetshoppe.com/blog
See here for first page when a category filter is applied from the dropdown in the sidebar: http://logancabinetshoppe.com/blog/?cat=23
Clicking on the next page in the pagination bar of the filtered page results in a 404 error. -
The permalinks settings were set up so I'm not sure what you mean. It's still not working. I have the permalink set up to assign the permalink as year/month/post title.

If your permalinks were set up correctly then this link:
http://logancabinetshoppe.com/blog/?cat=23
Would look like this:
http://logancabinetshoppe.com/blog/category/workbench/
Since it doesn't, that means your permalinks are not set up correctly.
