Once you’ve set up your site using the Theme Options customizer and the Custom CSS editor, you can export your settings for safe keeping or to easily transfer your site from a local server to a remove server. If the theme also has a Slider admin page these settings will also be exported.
The Import/Export Admin Page
The exported file will be named theme-options-export.json and needs to remain that way so that is can be imported properly.
